GREGORY MARTÍNEZ DE RIQUELME
Architecture & development
As an internationally experienced architect and real estate consultant, Gregory has over 15 years of practice in the commercial, hospitality, institutional and residential development field. He has worked as design director, lead architect and real estate consultant at several world-renowned firms such as Gensler (NYC) and Architectonics and is founder and director of the London based architecture and co-development firm Arquinaut. His clients include Blackstone, Hines, Brookfield, Tishman, InterContinental Hotels, CBRE and Lotte to name a few. He holds degrees in architecture as well as real estate and is fluent in Spanish, German, English and Italian.
ROBERTO SAIJA
Development & finance
Engineer specialized in the civil and environmental sector with over 20 years of experience. He is member of board and managing director of several companies, some of them in the real estate sector. In recent years he acquired part of ENEL’s property spin-off , which he coordinated and managed. Additionally he gained significant experience in the field of energy saving and production from renewable sources. He followed and coordinated on behalf of primary companies/funds all the exploratory activities for the acquisition of a dozen hotels in main Italian cities. Additionally he has been managing important civil construction works (+€ 300 million) as director and coordinator for the execution of works.
CLÉMENT FRANCESCHINI
Licensing & legal
Clement has worked several years with Deloitte and Walt Disney Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has over 15 years of financial, audit and legal experience in Licensing and also runs a compliance & royalty Audit firm based in London. He works for large multinational corporation such as Walt Disney, Lamborghini, Universal Studios & Nike to name a few. He holds degrees in economics, finance & law and speaks English, French and Spanish.
